E&O Fee:
Two choices for Errors and Omissions (E&O) coverage: either pay a yearly fee of $299 or opt for $99 per transaction.
*Transaction Mentorship:
Do you need assistance with your transaction? Unlike a Transaction Coordinator, Transaction Mentorship offers comprehensive support from a licensee. Email mentor@trendingrealtygroup.com to get started. Fees vary based on the transaction type and your experience level.
Affiliate Refferal Program:
Get your Affiliate Referral Link and begin recruiting agents to earn extra income! You’ll receive $49 annually for each recruited agent. While it might not be substantial, it could help offset the costs of license and membership fees if you recruit enough!
*Compliance Fee:
The compliance fee is $149 and is applied to all transactions. This fee covers document review within the BrokerMint platform, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures. The compliance fee is separate from any Transaction Coordinator (TC) service fees and is payable at the Close of Escrow.
*Dual Agency Compliance Surcharge:
To account for the extra time involved in reviewing compliance, addressing complexities, and managing potential conflicts in dual agency transactions, a nominal $299 fee is applied to both the listing and selling sides.
Annual Membership Fee:
The annual membership fee provides access to both our agent-oriented website, trendingrealtygroup.com, and our client-oriented website, bcnv.us. The annual membership fee is $99. Offset this cost by recruiting an agent with your affiliate referral link, earning $49 annually for each recruited agent.
Transaction Coordinator (TC) fee:
The optional Transaction Coordinator (TC) fee of $149 covers TC services, such as overseeing administrative details, document compliance, timelines, and communication. Payable at the Close of Escrow. This service becomes particularly valuable if you encounter challenges navigating the BrokerMint transaction management platform.
In-House Leads:
As a non-competing Broker, the benefit is yours! When calls or online leads come in, I will distribute them randomly based on the best fit for the client’s needs. Each of you has a profile set up at bcnv.us. I update these profiles as reviews come in, and they are optimized for lead generation. Regardless of the lead source, a 15% fee will be incurred upon a successful Close of Escrow.
