These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of our website, online brokerage resources, membership services, agent portal, email services, and associated communication systems.
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the applicable website or service.
Certain services may be subject to additional agreements, including independent contractor agreements, brokerage agreements, membership requirements, and other written contracts. In the event of a conflict, the applicable signed agreement will govern the matters it specifically addresses.
2. Brokerage and Website Services
Trending Realty Group LLC is a Nevada real estate brokerage providing real estate services and professional resources to clients, affiliated agents, and authorized users.
Our website may provide information regarding real estate services, property listings, brokerage operations, training, professional resources, and other related activities.
Information published on our website is provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
Accessing our website or submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, establish an agency relationship or contractual obligation.
Any real estate representation or brokerage relationship is governed by applicable law and the relevant agreements and disclosures.
3. Property Listings and Information
Property descriptions, pricing, availability, photographs, measurements, and other listing information are believed to be reliable but are not guaranteed.
Property information may change without notice and may originate from multiple listing services, property owners, agents, or third-party sources.

4. User Accounts and Membership Services

5. Agent Portal and Brokerage Resources
Authorized brokerage agents may access an online portal containing professional resources, account information, training materials, transaction information, commission records, and other brokerage services.
Access to these resources is subject to the agent’s membership status, brokerage affiliation, and applicable permissions.
Information available through the portal is intended for authorized business purposes and may contain confidential or proprietary information.
Agents are responsible for reviewing their information and promptly reporting suspected errors, unauthorized access, or security concerns.
The agent portal does not replace the requirements of an agent’s independent contractor agreement, brokerage policies, licensing obligations, or other applicable agreements.
6. Agent Email Services
Trending Realty Group may provide authorized agents with business email accounts accessible through the Agent Mail system.
Email accounts may be assigned individually or, where expressly authorized, shared among designated team members.
Users must access only those mailboxes for which they have permission.
Brokerage email services are intended for legitimate professional and business communications. Users are responsible for complying with applicable brokerage policies, confidentiality requirements, and laws governing electronic communications.
Trending Realty Group may establish reasonable administrative, security, and retention policies for business email services, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
Although we strive to maintain reliable email functionality, uninterrupted delivery, access, or storage cannot be guaranteed.
7. Email Notifications and Secure Login Links
Authorized agents may receive notifications when newly detected unread messages arrive in their assigned brokerage mailbox.
Notifications may include a secure link allowing the intended recipient to access the agent email portal.
Certain Agent Mail notification links are valid for 24 hours and may be used only once. Other authentication methods may have different expiration periods.
Secure links must not be forwarded or shared with unauthorized individuals.
Recipients are responsible for protecting access to their designated notification accounts and devices.
Notifications are provided as a convenience and are not a guarantee that every incoming email will generate an immediate alert.
8. SMS Text Messaging Terms

Trending Realty Group offers, or may make available, an optional SMS notification service for authorized brokerage agents.
The purpose of this program is to notify participating agents when new unread emails arrive in their assigned brokerage mailboxes.
These are account-related, non-marketing notifications.
Types of Messages
Participating agents may receive:
- Notifications regarding newly detected unread brokerage emails.
- Secure, one-time links to access their agent email portal.
- Enrollment confirmations, assistance responses, and other messages necessary to administer the SMS notification service.
Messages do not ordinarily contain the contents of the emails being reported.
Voluntary Enrollment and Consent
SMS notifications require the recipient’s affirmative consent before activation.
When enrollment is available, authorized agents may voluntarily provide a mobile number and expressly agree to receive automated account-related text messages from Trending Realty Group LLC through a separate SMS consent process.
Consent to SMS notifications is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, maintaining brokerage membership, or accessing ordinary agent portal functions.
Providing a telephone number for other brokerage purposes does not automatically constitute consent to SMS notifications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on incoming email activity, individual notification preferences, and applicable system settings.
Recipients may receive multiple notifications when new unread messages are detected.
No fixed number of messages is guaranteed.
Messaging Charges
Message and data rates may apply.
Trending Realty Group does not charge an additional subscription fee solely for receiving Agent Mail SMS notifications unless expressly disclosed otherwise.
Recipients remain responsible for any applicable charges imposed by their wireless carrier.
How to Opt Out
Recipients may reply STOP to 702-213-9246 at any time to unsubscribe from Agent Mail SMS notifications.
After an opt-out request is processed, the recipient may receive a final confirmation message. No further program messages will be sent unless the recipient subsequently provides valid consent to resume messaging.
Where available, agents may also disable SMS notifications through their account notification settings.
