  • BBRA Procedures and Compliance
    When a buyer is paying all or a portion of the commission, the Buyer-Broker Representation Agreement (BBRA) must be submitted to the lender in addition to the title company. Ensuring all parties are informed will help avoid complications during closing. It is crucial to make sure the lender is fully aware of any buyer contributions toward commission. Recently, we encountered an issue where BDCU did not account for the buyer’s contribution in the loan documents. This left us pursuing the buyer for payment post-closing, which we aim to avoid unless there is prior agreement for post-closing compensation. Please confirm these details in advance to streamline the closing process.
  • Website Lead Communication
    Please ignore website leads that request WhatsApp communication. This is a common tactic used by scammers. Legitimate clients will typically use standard communication methods like email or phone.
  • Scam Email Alert
    Beware of scam emails that appear to come from the broker or another agent, especially those requesting gift cards or other financial transactions. Verify all requests directly with the purported sender before taking any action. Your diligence helps maintain a secure work environment.
  • Suite 3 & 4 Vacancy

  • Business Cards and Signs: Each agent should have business cards and sign artwork on their agent page at https://trendingrealtygroup.com/user-page/. If you do not see your card and sign, please email your profile picture to membership@trendingrealtygroup.com. Once you have your artwork, you can use Quantum Printing here in BC, or whichever your favorite printer may be.
  • Email Marketing: We have a new email domain! @e-realty-flyer.com. If you have a listing, you can have your own email address specific to your listing! Example: 220-lorryn-Ln@e-realty-flyer.com. If someone blocks it or marks it as spam it won’t effect your business email. Create a flyer and blast it out to whoever you’d like!
  • FREE Business Email: You also have the option to get your own, your-name@bcnv.us, email address. Email jake@bcnv.us to get started.
